
史志强,南开大学历史学与经济学双学士,北京大学法律硕士,东京大学法学博士。现任华东政法大学法律学院副教授,兼任华东政法大学法律与历史研究所所长、世界史研究中心副主任。同时担任全国外国法制史研究会常务理事兼副秘书长、中国法制史学会法律古籍整理专业委员会理事、上海市法学会区域国别法研究会理事。研究领域为法制史与比较法,尤其关注清代及民国法律史。在《国家学会杂志》《清史研究》《史林》等中外重要刊物发表多篇论文;曾获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)特别研究员、中国博士后科学基金面上资助等项目资助;出版《洗冤录》(合著)、《中华法系与中国法研究》(编校)、《近代世界秩序与法律史研究的新视野》(执行主编)等著作。入选上海市浦江人才计划,曾获华东政法大学第九、十届教师教学竞赛特等奖、东京大学法学政治学研究科博士论文特别优秀奖等荣誉。
Shi Zhiqiang holds dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Economics from Nankai University, a Juris Master from Peking University, and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Tokyo. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), where he also serves as the Director of the Institute of Law and History and the Deputy Director of the Center for World History Studies. He concurrently serves as an Executive Council Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the National Institute for Foreign Legal History, a Council Member of the Specialized Committee for the Compilation of Ancient Legal Texts of the Chinese Society of Legal History, and a Council Member of the Regional and Country-Specific Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society.
His research fields are legal history and comparative law, with a particular focus on the legal history of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. He has published numerous papers in key domestic and international journals, including the Journal of the Association of Political and Social Sciences (Kokka Gakkai Zassi), The Qing History Journal, and Historical Review (Shilin). His research has been supported by programs such as the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Research Fellowship for Young Scientists and the General Financial Grant from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He was selected for the Shanghai Pujiang Program and has received honors such as the Grand Prize in the 9th and 10th Teacher's Teaching Competitions at ECUPL, and the Special Award for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation from the Graduate School of Law and Politics at the University of Tokyo.
