高一宁，北京航空航天大学法学学士、上海交通大学法学硕士、纽约大学法学硕士（LL.M in Legal Theory）、清华大学法学博士。现为华东政法大学涉外法治研究院讲师。兼任上海市法学会外国法与比较法研究会副秘书长、全国外国法制史研究会理事、辽宁省法学会涉外法治研究会理事。研究领域为台湾地区法律问题、比较宪法、宪法史。在《台湾研究》《华东政法大学学报》《四川大学学报（哲学社会科学版）》《清华法治论衡》等刊物发表论文多篇；主持省部级课题一项，参与国家级、省部级课题多项。曾获第七届曾宪义先生法律史奖学金优秀论著奖（2025）、中国法学会海峡两岸法学交流促进会2024年年会优秀论文奖等荣誉。
GAO Yining holds a Bachelor of Laws from Beihang University, a Master of Public Laws from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master of Laws in Legal Theory from New York University, and a Doctor of Laws from Tsinghua University. He is currently a Lecturer at the Institute for Foreign-related Rule of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law. He is a council member of several academic associations including National Institute for Foreign Legal History and the Foreign Law and Comparative Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society. His research focuses on legal studies on cross-strait relations, and comparative and historical studies on public law.
