
陈迪,华东政法大学法学学士、硕士、中国政法大学法学博士、华东政法大学博士后。现为华东政法大学法律学院法制史教研室讲师,硕士生导师,兼任中国法律史学会儒家与法文化研究分会常务理事、中国法律史学会法律古籍整理专业委员会常务理事。研究领域为中国法制史。在《社会科学》《古代文明》《简帛研究》《出土文献与法律史研究》等刊物发表学术论文;主持并完成“里耶、岳麓秦简所见秦代犯罪与刑罚执行研究”国家社科青年项目。入选上海市晨光学者计划。
Yu Ming holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, and a Doctor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. He is currently a Lecturer at the School of Law, where he also serves as a Standing Director of the Confucianism and Legal Culture Research Branch of the Chinese Legal History Society, and a Standing Director of the Professional Committee on the Collation of Ancient Legal Books of the Chinese Legal History Society.His research focuses on the history of Chinese legal system. He has published academic papers in journals including Journal of Social Sciences, Ancient Civilizations, Bamboo and Silk Manuscripts Studies, and Excavated Documents and Research on Legal History. He has presided over and completed the Youth Project of the National Social Science Fund of China Research on Crimes and Penalty Enforcement in the Qin Dynasty as Seen in Liye and Yuelu Qin Bamboo Slips. He has been selected into the Shanghai Chenguang Scholar Program.
