黄骏庚，中山大学历史学学士，中国人民大学法律硕士、法学博士。现任华东政法大学涉外法治研究院讲师。兼任全国外国法制史研究会理事。研究领域为中国近代法律史。在《历史研究》《法商研究》《法制与社会发展》等刊物发表论文多篇。入选国家资助博士后研究人员计划（B档）、上海市“超级博士后”激励计划。
Huang Jungeng holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Sun Yat-sen University, as well as a Master of Laws and a Doctor of Laws from Renmin University of China. He is currently a Lecturer at the Institute for Foreign-related Rule of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law. He concurrently serves as a Council Member of the National Institute for Foreign Legal History. His research focuses on modern Chinese legal history. He has published several articles in journals such as Historical Research (Lishi Yanjiu), Studies in Law and Business (Fashang Yanjiu), and Law and Social Development (Fazhi yu Shehui Fazhan). He has been selected for the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (Grade B) of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and the Shanghai Post-doctoral Excellence Program.
