
李明倩, 法学博士,政治学博士后,现任华东政法大学涉外法治研究院副教授,法律史研究中心研究人员,哈佛大学法学院访问学者,全国外国法制史研究会理事。研究领域包括国际法史、法律翻译与区域国别学,已出版专著《威斯特伐利亚和约与国际法》,并围绕中西国际法交涉发表多篇学术论文。参与多项重要学术翻译项目,包括《牛津国际法史手册》以及《自动不平等》《因为性别》《妈妈教授:在学术界实现工作与家庭的平衡》等著作的中文译介工作。现任全国人大常委会法工委法律英文译审专家委员会委员,长期参与法律史与法律翻译相关的学术研究与实务工作。
Mingqian Li is currently an Associate Professor at the Institute for Foreign-related Rule of Law Studies, East China University of Political Science and Law, a researcher at the Legal History Research Center, and member of National Institute for Foreign Legal History. She holds a Master of Laws and a Ph.D. in Legal History from East China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. in International Economic Law from University of Warwick. She has also been a postdoc fellow at Fudan University and a visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School. Her research focuses on the history of international law and legal translation, with particular attention to the cultural dimensions of international legal development. Her publications include Peace of Westphalia and the Law of Nations, as well as a series of articles on Sino-Western interactions in international law. She has also contributed to major translation projects, including the Chinese translation of the Oxford Handbook of the History of International Law, Automating Inequality, Because of Sex, and Professor Mommy. She currently serves as a member of the Sub-Committee on the Translation of Chinese Laws of the National People’s Congress of PRC, and has been actively involved in academic and professional initiatives in legal history and legal translation.
