邱唐，华东政法大学法学学士、中国人民大学法律硕士、台湾政治大学法学博士。现任华东政法大学法律学院副教授、硕士生导师，校港澳台法研究所所长，《法律史研究》执行主编。兼任中国法律史学会理事，全国外国法制史研究会理事，中国法律史学会儒学与法律文化分会常务理事、副秘书长，上海市法学会港澳台法研究会理事。主要研究方向为法律史、法律与文学艺术、台湾地区法律。于《清华法学》《当代法学》《华东政法大学学报》《中国法学评论》等核心刊物发表学术论文20余篇，主持国家社科青年项目“清代对外法律秩序体系研究”，出版《董必武法治思想研究》（合著），曾获上海市申万宏源奖教金。业余研习京剧，师从戴绮霞、李世济、宋士芳、李海燕等前辈名家，曾于天蟾逸夫舞台、兰心大戏院等举办专场演出。
Qiu Tang holds a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Laws from Renmin University of China, and a Doctor of Laws from Taiwan Chengchi University. He is currently Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law; Director of the Institute of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Law; and Executive Editor-in-Chief of Legal History Research. He concurrently serves as Council Member of China Institute of Legal History, Council Member of National Institute for Foreign Legal History, Standing Director and Deputy Secretary-General of Confucianism and Legal Culture Branch of China Institute of Legal History, and Council Member of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society. His primary research focuses on legal history, law and literature, and law in Taiwan Region. He has published more than 20 academic papers in core journals including Tsinghua Law Review, Contemporary Law Review, Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law, and China Law Review. He presides over the Youth Project of the National Social Science Fund of China Research on the External Legal Order System in the Qing Dynasty and is co-author of Research on Dong Biwu’s Thought on the Rule of Law. He has received the Shanghai Shenwan Hongyuan Teaching Award. In his spare time, he studies Peking Opera under renowned masters including Dai Qixia, Li Shiji, Song Shifang and Li Haiyan, and has held special performances at Tianchan Yifu Stage, Lanxin Grand Theater and other venues.
