肖崇俊，华东师范大学法学学士，华东政法大学法学硕士、博士。现任华东政法大学助理研究员。兼任全国外国法制史研究会理事、中国法学会比较法学研究会理事。研究领域为商法史、公司并购制度。在《华东政法大学学报》《中国政法大学学报》《私法研究》等刊物发表论文数篇；主持司法部课题“英国收购与兼并委员会研究”；出版《规制要约收购：美国模式及其原理》（独著）、《英国收购与兼并委员会研究》（合著）、《英美法系》（合著）等著作。
Xiao Chongjun holds a Bachelor of Laws from East China Normal University and earned both her Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL). She is currently an Assistant Research Professor at ECUPL. She concurrently serves as a council member of the National Society of Foreign Legal History and the China Society of Comparative Law. Her research focuses on the history of commercial law and corporate merger and acquisition (M&A) systems. She has published several papers in journals such as the Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law, Journal of China University of Political Science and Law, and Private Law Review. She has led the Ministry of Justice research project “A Study on the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in the UK.” Her publications include works such as Regulating Tender Offers: The American Model and Its Principles, A Study on the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in the UK (co-authored)and The Common Law System (co-authored).
