周小凡，安徽师范大学法学学士、华东政法大学法学博士。现任华东政法大学涉外法治研究院讲师。兼任全国外国法制史研究会理事。曾任上海交通大学凯原法学院博士后、助理研究员，曾赴德国科隆大学近代私法史研究所访学（2020.10—2021.10）。研究领域为法律史、德国法。在《中国社会科学》《法学》《学术界》等重要刊物发表论文10余篇；担任国家社科基金重大项目“中华法系与中华法律文化问题研究”第五子课题负责人。出版《法学群星闪耀时：50位外国法学家的故事》（执行主编）《罗马法复兴与欧洲近代文明》（合著）等。入选2022年上海市“超级博士后”。
Zhou Xiaofan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Anhui Normal University and a Doctor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. She is currently a Lecturer at the Institute of Foreign-related Rule of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law. She concurrently serves as a Council Member of the National Institute for Foreign Legal History. She was previously a postdoctoral researcher at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a visiting scholar at the University of Cologne (2020-2021). Her research focuses on legal history and German law. Her publications include The Stories of 50 Foreign Jurists (executive editor) and The Revival of Roman Law and Modern European Civilization (co-authored).
